Never not working; my job is to help my clients reach their goals.
My name is Lynn del Sol. I am native New Yorker and a twenty year resident of Greenpoint, Brooklyn. I specialize in the purchase and sale of condos, multi-family, and mixed-use buildings in New York City and have a special affinity for historic and passive homes.
Known as an avid property hunter, I calculate square footage in my sleep. Spending days exploring neighborhoods block by block, chatting it up with locals, and gathering comparable data to help you, my buyers and sellers, make sound decisions.
Laser focused on ever-changing market conditions I insist on staying steps ahead of global trends and how it can affect local markets in New York City. Luckily, at Brown Harris Stevens it’s easy to do with our in-house economy, marketing, and tech departments.
We know how to tailor a marketing plan to reach today’s media-centric consumer. However, we believe no matter how technological society becomes nothing replaces knowledge, honesty, integrity, and service.
Before real estate, I spent ten plus years crisscrossing the globe as a trusted art dealer and seasoned curator who honed a keen eye for discovering emerging talent and a true knack for closing deals of unimaginable sums with absolute discretion. Today, I bring those skills full circle with Brown Harris Stevens support.
While work is my main passion, I make sure to dedicate a great deal of my time to community organizations; such as the Greenpoint Hunger Project, McGolrick Park Neighborhood Alliance, Open Space Alliance for North Brooklyn, Open House New York, and the Participatory Budgeting of New York City.
Still an avid traveler, I remain active in the art world as is evident by my Instagram. Most recently, I was invited by a local Greenpoint historian to act as a research assistant for his forthcoming book which inspired a Janes’s Walk I give in the spring and web video series I produced entitled; “Hey Neighbor.” Be sure to follow my Facebook page for details.
