Never not working; my job is to help my clients reach their goals.

Hi. My name is Lynn del Sol. I am a native New Yorker and a twenty year resident of Greenpoint, Brooklyn. I was an art dealer for many years and transitioned into real estate in 2016.

I’m licensed in New York and Florida. I’m investor friendly and work with both buyers and sellers. I’m particularly interested in townhouses, multi-families & mix-use buildings with an affinity for passive, unique, or historic properties.

But don’t worry if that’s not what you’re looking for. I run a hard bargain for new development and condo units and have all the meticulous skills required to get a board package through even the most discerning co-op board.

A passion project of mine is a seminar I’m organizing for 2020 exploring the concept of Co-Housing in high-cost cities as a means to expand homeownership.

I also produce a Youtube series called Hey Neighbor that asks New York City home and business owners as well as community leaders what it takes to be a good neighbor and own a piece or New York. In addition, I host a Meetup group called Neighborhood Sol where I lead folks around the city discussing everything from rezoning and affordable housing to art, architecture, and history.

I insist on staying steps ahead of global trends and how it can affect local markets in New York City. Luckily, with a brokerage house like Brown Harris Stevens it’s easy to stay laser focused on ever-changing market conditions with our in-house economy, marketing, and tech departments.

Together we know how to tailor a marketing plan to reach today’s media-centric consumer. However, we believe no matter how technological society becomes nothing replaces knowledge, honesty, integrity, and service.

I look forward to working together.
